📦 Return Eligibility

We accept returns on all unused items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received (unused, no new damage, tags attached)

  • The original packaging and any accessories (dust bags, straps, lock & key) must be included

  • Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return


🔁 Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, simply return the product and place a new order separately.


💸 How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@smydigital.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. Our team will review and send you return instructions within 24–48 hours

  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days


🚚 Shipping Costs & Refunds

  • If the return is due to a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, we cover all return costs

  • If returning for personal reasons (e.g., changed mind), shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Expedited shipping fees are not refunded
